South Kalimantan Provincial Government Implements Integrity Pact To Prevent
BANJARMASIN - The Regional Apparatus Work Unit (SKPD) of South Kalimantan Province (Kalsel) implemented the signing of an integrity pact and a performance agreement to prevent the practice of corruption in 2025.
Head of the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) of South Kalimantan Province, Isharwanto, confirmed in Banjarmasin, Sunday, said that his party was implementing a performance agreement program and integrity pact as a basic reference to assess performance and achievement over the next year.
"This activity is to realize effective, transparent and accountable and result-oriented government management," said Isharwanto.
Isharwanto said the signing of the performance agreement and integrity pact was attended by all administrator officials and supervisory officials witnessed by all employees of the South Kalimantan Province ESDM Office.

Isharwanto emphasized that all structural officials must make performance agreements and integrity pacts at the beginning of every year as a reference for basic work achievements.
In addition, Isharwanto added that this signing is a form of commitment from employees to prevent and eradicate corruption, foster openness and honesty, facilitate the implementation of quality, effective, efficient and accountable tasks.
The South Kalimantan Provincial Environment Agency (DLH) has also carried out the same thing in order to increase accountability and transparency in carrying out its duties.
Acting Head of South Kalimantan Province DLH Fathimatuzzahra conveyed that the performance agreement is an important basis to ensure that all planned programs and activities can be carried out in accordance with the set targets.
"Through this agreement, all employees are committed to working better in order to realize sustainable environmental development in South Kalimantan," said Fathimatuzzahra.
Fathimatuzzahra admitted, the signing of an integrity pact is a strategic step to strengthen the commitment of all employees to uphold integrity, professionalism, and compliance with applicable regulations.
Meanwhile, the South Kalimantan Province Community and Village Empowerment Service (PMD) also signed an ASN performance agreement led by the Head of the PMD Service Faried Fakhmansyah and attended by all echelon III and IV officials, as well as honorary staff.
Faried emphasized the importance of a performance agreement as a form of employee commitment to support the achievement of agency performance targets.
"This signing is not a formality, but a promise that must be carried out with full responsibility so that all ASN must understand the role and contribution to village development and community empowerment in South Kalimantan," said Faried.
