Ipda W And Iptu AS Are Tried For Ethics Regarding The Extortion Of DWP Spectators Today
JAKARTA The National Police again held a National Police Code of Ethics Commission (KKEP) session today regarding the 2024 Djakarta Warehouse Project (DWP) extortion case. Two members of the National Police, Ipda W and Iptu AS, were suspected violators who underwent trial.
"Two suspected violators, Ipda W and Iptu AS," said Kompolnas Commissioner Choirul Anam, to VOI, Friday, January 10.
Based on the Telegram Letter (ST) of the Polda Metro Jaya number ST/429/XII/KEP.2024, Ipda W's identity is known as Win Stone, former Panit 1 Unit of Binmas Kemayoran Police. Meanwhile, Iptu AS is Agung Setiawan, the former Head of the Narcotics Unit of the Central Jakarta Metro Police.
This ethics trial was held at Polda Metro Jaya because the alleged violators were members of the police and police stations.
Previously, 14 members of the National Police had undergone an ethics trial related to the same case. Some of them were given severe sanctions in the form of dishonorable dismissal (PTDH). They are Kombes Donald Parlaungan Simanjuntak, AKP Yudhy Triananta Syaeful, and AKBP Malvino Edward Yusticia.
In addition, a number of other members received demotion sanctions, including Kompol Dzul Fadlan, Iptu SM, AKP Fauzan, and S who were subject to demotion for 8 years.
