10 Best Beaches In The World 2025 That Travelers Visit
JAKARTA - Every year, beaches around the world are assessed by several companies based on natural beauty, cleanliness, facilities, and tourist attraction.
Lonely Planet's traveling magazine has just released the world's most amazing annual list of beaches to provide enlightening holiday inspiration.
Every year, Lonely Planet issues guidelines on the best coastlines in the world. In first place is Whitehaven Beach, which is located in Whitsundays National Park. The beach is included in the World Heritage Site in Queensland, Australia.
In addition to the beautiful greenish blue water, the sand on this beach consists of 98 percent silica. This makes it softer and whiter than almost all other beaches in the world.
In second place is another destination in Australia, namely Squeaky Beach in Victoria. The 700-meter-long beach is surrounded by the state's largest marine park. The name of this beach comes from the 'squeaky' sound produced while walking over the sand of this beach quartz.
The third place is Anse Source d'Argent, the beach that Lonely Planet describes as a 'sature on earth'. This beach is one of many extraordinary beaches in the Seychelles. In addition, beaches in Norway, Greece, Thailand, and Mexico are also included in this year's list.
