Up 17 Percent, Hutama Karya's New Contract Reaches IDR 34.84 Trillion Throughout 2024

Closing 2024, PT Hutama Karya (Persero) recorded a new contract achievement of Rp34.84 trillion. This figure increased by 17 percent or exceeded the RKAP target of Rp28.91 trillion.

Hutama Karya President Director Budi Harto said that his party ended 2024 with extraordinary achievements, both from obtaining new contracts to completed projects.

"The contract is dominated by the road and bridge sector which covers 84.39 percent of the total contracts, followed by the Water Resources (SDA) sector of 7.83 percent and the building sector which accounts for 3.96 percent," Budi said in a written statement, quoted Thursday, January 9.

Budi added that Hutama Karya won several strategic contracts, including the development of integrated shrimp farming worth IDR 7.11 trillion with the Operational Cooperation (KSO) scheme between Adhi-HK-Minarta on January 31, 2024 and the Jampidsus Building construction project worth IDR 318 billion.

The company also achieved a project with a Government and Business Entity Cooperation (KPBU) scheme, namely Jalan Trans Papua Ruas Jayapura Wamena Segmen Mamberamo Elelim through the HK-HKI consortium with an investment fee of IDR 3.3 trillion.

In addition, the company was also appointed as the winner of the BUP KPBU Panorama I (Lauik I Review) Flyover construction project in West Sumatra Province. The two KPBU projects use the Design, Build, Finance, Operate, Maintain and Transfer (DBFORMT) scheme.

Various infrastructure projects that Hutama Karya successfully completed in 2024 include the Malikussaleh University project in Aceh, RSIA Sardjito in Yogyakarta and the Turyapada Tower, RSIA Ngoerah and Relayout Sanglah Hospital in Bali.

Meanwhile, in the SDA infrastructure sector, Hutama Karya succeeded in completing the Kobema Drinking Water Supply System (SPAM) project in Bengkulu and NCICD Beach Security in Jakarta.

"Meanwhile, in terms of transportation infrastructure sector projects, including the construction project of the Medan Crossroad Binjai (JLKAMB 2), the Joglo Underpass project in Surakarta, the Lebarning and Geometric Improvement project of Jalan Soreang'Rancabali'Cidaun in Bandung & Cianjur Regency," he said.

Finally, in the energy security sector, Muara Gas and Steam Power Plants (PLTGU) offered 650 MW in Bekasi and PLTGU Tambak Lorok 779 MW in Semarang.
