JCI Was Opened Tuesday, Gaining 1.32 Percent To 4,875.49 Levels

JAKARTA - The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) opened higher on trading Tuesday, April 7. JCI opened higher by 1.32 percent or 63.67 points to 4,875.49 levels.

Opening the trade, there were 78 stocks rose, 6 stocks fell, and 20 stocks were stagnant. The trading volume was recorded at 50.99 million shares and was transacted for IDR 19.74 billion.

Binaartha Sekuritas analyst M. Nafan Aji Gusta Utama predicts that the JCI today will continue its positive pace.

"Technically, there are indications of a bullish continuation of the JCI movement so that it has the opportunity to go to the resistance area," he said.

The first and second resistance areas have a range from 4883.15 to 4997.90. Meanwhile, the first and second support areas have ranges at the level of 4697.67 and 4529.48.

This morning, stocks that were among the top gainers, including PT PP (Persero) Tbk (PTPP) which strengthened 9.86 percent to Rp780, PT Bank BRIsyariah Tbk (BRIS) which rose 8.82 percent to Rp222, and PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BBTN) which strengthened 6.47 percent to Rp1,070.

Meanwhile, stocks that are in the top losers ranks, including PT Sentra Food Indonesia Tbk (FOOD) which fell 6.98 percent to Rp80, PT Bank Artos Indonesia Tbk (ARTO) which fell 6.70 percent to Rp1,045. and PT Royalindo Investa Wijaya Tbk (INDO) which fell 6.67 percent to Rp56.
