Terima APBD Award, Gubernur Optimistis PAD Kaltara Meningkat
TANJUNG SELOR North Kalimantan Province (Kaltara) won another Regional category award with the Highest Regional Original Revenue Improvement (PAD) at the Regional Financial National Coordination Meeting (Rakornas) and Awarding of the 2024 APBD Awards from the Ministry of Home Affairs.
The award was handed over by the Head of the Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) of Kaltara Province Tomy Labo to Governor Zainal, Monday, January 6.
The Governor of Kaltara, Zainal Arifin Paliwang, expressed his appreciation for the performance of all parties who have supported the increase in PAD Kaltara.
Head of Bapenda Kaltara Tomy Labo revealed that the award for Kaltara was won for the second time.
"This is the same award in the previous year, this is the second time that the Provincial Government's Bapenda has achieved in exploring potential regional income," said Tomy Labo.
"This is proof that the Governor of Kaltara continues to strive to improve the North Kalimantan PAD, one of which is the motor vehicle tax relaxation program which will be carried out at important moments," he continued.
Tomy Labo explained, in 2025 his party is still waiting for the governor's circular to provide fiscal incentives, reduce tax rates.
"This tariff nationally is among the lowest. PKB was originally 1.2 percent to 0.8 percent. Then the transfer duty tax was the name of the vehicle, which was originally 12 percent to 7.5 percent," he said.
