The issue of Shin Tae-yong's dismissal began to emerge after the Indonesian National Team failed to perform in the 2024 AFF Cup. However, the Indonesian National Team did not appear with its best squad and instead stopped in the group phase with a young squad.
"Sir, is it true that STY is out? If it's true, then the AFF is just a trap for STY, even though PSSI has no target," said the account @faqihnichol.
In line with that, netizen @muhammadrizkysyahriramadhan expressed, "Early year joke: STY was fired because of the AFF lol."
