Prestige Motorcars Bring EHang Flying Car To Air In The Sky Of Indonesia
JAKARTA - Luxury vehicle importer Prestige Image Motorcars, gave a surprise at the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) Hybrid 2021. They introduced the EHang autonomous flying car (AAV) which will be present in Indonesia.
Flying cars like this giant drone are electrically driven and can be operated without a pilot. The plan, Prestige Image Motorcars will bring EHang in July 2021.
"So until July, we hope there will be a regulation", said President Director of Prestige Image Motorcars Rudy Salim in a written statement, Friday, April 16.
Called the EHang 216, this autonomous electric flying car is designed for a variety of needs from transportation to logistics haulers. This South Korean-made vehicle can cover a flight distance of 35 km in 21 minutes with a maximum payload weight of 220 kg.
"This flying car can reach a height of up to 3,000 m, with a specification of 1.77 m high and 5.61 m wide", he continued.
The super-sophisticated flying car EHang 216 is emission-free because it uses 100 percent of electric energy. This drone can also be charged up to 220v or 380v in 1.5 hours of charging time and is capable of a maximum speed of 130 km/hour.
The platform for landing is no longer needed as the EHang 216 takes up very little space. So it is quite ideal to become modern transportation for urban communities.
"An area of 5 m2 is sufficient, making it suitable for urban areas", he added.
On the same occasion, Prestige opened a pivot for two Tesla products, Cybertruck and Model Y. Both of these cars will be present in the country in 2022.
