Year-End Promo, KAI Commuter Presents Soetta Airport Train Ticket Discounts Of Up To IDR 15,000

JAKARTA - PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia or KAI Commuter presents a promo for Soekarno-Hatta Airport (Soetta) train ticket rates. Promos offered start from IDR 10,000 to IDR 15,000 for certain routes.

VP Corporate Secretary of KAI Commuter Joni Martinus said the ticket promo for the Basoetta train this time was titled Special Year-End Tariff (Spekta).

This promo is valid from December 30, 2024 to January 5, 2025.

"This discount promo was given to all Commuter Line Basoetta users during that period who went up from Manggarai Station/BNI City to Batu Ceper Station/Rawa Buaya Station," he said in an official statement, Sunday, December 29.

Joni said that the year-end tariff special promo is KAI Commuter's appreciation to Commuter Line Basoetta users. In addition, this promo also invites the public to use public transportation to Soekarno-Hatta Airport with a special rate at the end of the year.

Furthermore, Joni said that users who want to get a special ticket promo later this year, can buy it through the Access By KAI ticket booking application or ticket reservation via the reservoir.kci.id site starting from the D-7 departure schedule.

"Or users can buy directly through the shopping machine as long as the promo ticket is available," said Joni.

Joni explained that Commuter Line Basoetta users can also easily make ticket payment transactions directly with the Tap & Go system using a Multi Trip Card (KMT) with a minimum balance of IDR 70,000.

"For the purchase of Commuter Line Basoetta tickets directly through a conversational machine, it can only be done on the day of departure and a maximum of 5 minutes before scheduled departure via QRIS and Debit Card or Credit Card," he explained.

Meanwhile, during the 2024 Christmas and 2025 New Year (Nataru) Transportation periods, KAI Commuter operates 64 Commuter Line Basoetta trips every day.

It was recorded that throughout the time of Nataru (19 to 28 December 2024) the volume of users of Commuter Line Basoetta was 59,622 people or an average of 5,962 people per day, with the highest user being 7,154 people on 24 December yesterday.

"To prevent unwanted things, KAI Commuter urges users who want to travel with the destination of Soekarno-Hatta Airport to arrive at the destination station at least 2 hours before the flight schedule and specifically for international flights, at least 3 hours before the flight schedule," said Joni.

The following is a list of Special Ticket Prices for Year-End Commuter Line Basoetta Rates:

1. Relations between Manggarai Station/BNI City Batu Ceper Station or vice versa, from a price of Rp. 35,000 to a price of Rp. 20,000.

2. Relationship between Manggarai Station/BNI City Station Rawa Buaya Station or vice versa, from the price of Rp. 35,000 to the price of Rp. 20,000.

3. Relations with Duri Station Batu Ceper Station / Rawa Buaya or vice versa, from a price of Rp. 25,000 to a price of Rp. 15,000.

4. Relations with Batu Ceper Station-Rawa Buaya Station or vice versa, from a price of IDR 25,000 to a price of IDR 15,000.
