JAKARTA - The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) revealed that it has set the close of stock exchange trading on December 30, 2024 and December 31, 2024, until January 1, 2025, as an exchange holiday.
IDX's Director of Trade and Member Regulation (AB), Irvan Susandy said that on December 31, 2024, even though the trading of shares was off, service services for Securities of Debt and Sukuk (EBUS) were still operating.
"On the 31st equity is off but there is still an ebus service for the bill to keep up with the trade, there is an equity ebus holiday," he explained in his statement, Friday, December 27.
Then the first share trading for 2025 will reopen on Thursday, January 2, 2025.
In addition, the Indonesia Stock Exchange has set a stock exchange holiday in 2025, namely:
