Cardinal Suharyo Calls Corruption A Tool For 'Killers And Thugs'
JAKARTA - Bishop Ignatius Cardinal Suharyo alluded to the corruption cases that have occurred in Indonesia in recent weeks. He considered this corruption to be a tool for killing and killing, as well as tackling people.
"We all see that at the end of this corruption is even used as a tool, to kill in quotes, to kill people, to tackle people," Cardinal Suharyo told reporters at the Cathedral Church, Central Jakarta, Wednesday, December 25.
"Corruption is allowed so that later it can be used for certain purposes," he continued
Cardinal Suharyo also assessed that corruption is a very complex reality in life. According to him, this happens because the identity of a human being has been denied.

Furthermore, said Suharyo, in the midst of the community's tendency to commit acts of corruption, he hoped that this would never happen in the church.
"So that the danger of corruption in the church itself, by the people themselves, is prevented as far as possible," said Suharyo.
