The Pretrial Of The Surabaya Notary Legal Mafia Lasts A Short Time
JAKARTA - The South Jakarta District Court held a follow-up pretrial hearing on the determination of the suspect, former Surabaya notary, Wahyudi Suyanto, Monday, December 23.
In the trial number 128/Pid/pre/2024/PN.Jkt.Sel, Wahyudi's attorney who is also the applicant, Yongki Siahaan and Simeon Sianipar were present. Meanwhile, the respondent was present from the Directorate of General Crimes (Dirtipidum) of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police.
Today's trial agenda is the reading of the petitioner's statement. However, to shorten the time and the respondent's party has received a soft and hard copy, it has not been read out.
"Reading the pretrial petition, the respondent has received a copy of the applicant?" asked the Panel of Judges Tunggal, Imelda Herawati.
"It's been Your Honor," replied the respondent.
After that, the respondent was asked to provide an answer at the follow-up trial on Tuesday, December 24 at 11.00 WIB.
The respondent and the applicant were again invited to negotiate to agree on a follow-up session. This is important to do because in the middle of this week there is a Christmas holiday.
Meanwhile, to the petitioner, Judge Tunggal Imelda asked Wahyudi to prepare written evidence on Friday, December 27, 2024. At the end of the trial, the attorney for applicant Simeon Sianipar hoped that the judge could act fairly in deciding the pretrial of his client.
"If it is guilty, let the law run, if the report has not been resolved, it is not in accordance with the facts, it will be processed first. Because no real executions have already occurred," said Simeon.
Wahyudi filed this lawsuit because he did not accept being named a suspect in a fraud and embezzlement case.
Wahyudi became a suspect in a case of alleged fraud and embezzlement of the land sale and purchase process covering an area of 16,766 square meters. He was named a suspect on the report of Randy Piangga Basuki Putra as the power of a Surabaya resident who owns the land named Gustiansyah D Kameron.
The case began with a sale and purchase agreement of 16,766 square meters based on Building Use Rights Certificate Number 991/Kenjeran Village based on the Sale and Purchase Agreement Deed Number 144 dated March 29, 2005.
Gustiansyah sold the land to Budi Said through the No 144 Sale and Purchase Binding Agreement (PPJB) which was made in front of notary Wahyudi Suyanto.
According to PPJB No. 144, the price of the object was Rp. 3.3 billion, but only Rp. 1.67 billion was paid. The Building Use Rights Certificate No. 991 is said to have been entrusted to Wahyudi to ensure the implementation of the transaction. However, until now, Budi Said has not paid off his obligation to pay for the purchase of land.
