Bogor Immigration Office Records Gemilang Achievement Throughout 2024, PNBP Reaches IDR 68 Billion
BOGOR Class I Immigration Office Non TPI Bogor under the leadership of the Head of the Office, (Kakanim) Ruhiyat M Tolib, managed to record various achievements during 2024.
The transformation of public services is the main focus with the aim of providing fast, precise, efficient, and free services from corrupt practices. This effort resulted in a number of brilliant awards and achievements.
In his presentation at the Bogor Immigration Office, Monday, January 23, Kakanim Tolib said that one of the achievements achieved was the national first in the Immigration Administrative Action (TAK) with a total of 216 actions.
"This is at the same time the best at the West Java Province level," he said.
In addition, the Bogor Immigration Office also received the Indonesian Immigration Public Relations Award as the second best in the category of Management of Information Services and Public Complaints.
Other achievements include awards in the Development of Public Services for vulnerable group friendly services and appreciation for collaboration in the optimal completion of immigration documents for Hajj pilgrims.
The Bogor Immigration Office is also recorded in the top 10 best Budget Implementation Performance Indicators (IKPA) with a value of 98.57 for work units with a small DIPA ceiling of up to IDR 20 billion.
In terms of state revenue, the Bogor Immigration Office recorded Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) of Rp68 billion, or 280 percent of the set target of Rp22.8 billion.
"The largest contribution came from passport services amounting to Rp55 billion, re-entry services permit of Rp11 billion, and other immigration services of Rp1.7 billion," said Kakanim Tolib.
Throughout 2024, passport issuance reached 101,090 documents, an increase of 82.5 percent compared to the previous year. However, there was a decrease in the issuance of residence permits, namely a Visit Stay Permit (ITK) of 389 documents, a decrease of 71.4 percent; Limited Stay Permits (ITAS) as many as 1,432 documents, a decrease of 30.9 percent; and a Permanent Stay Permit (ITAP) of 290 documents, a decrease of 0.34 percent.
The Bogor Immigration Office also recorded the top five visa and residence permits users, namely Yemen with 312 people, followed by China with 280 people, South Korea with 239 people, India with 180 people, and Malaysia with 141 people.
In supervision and prosecution, there were 343 immigration administrative measures (TAK), an increase of 37.75 percent compared to the previous year. In addition, 48 foreigners were prevented from entering, up 108.7 percent, and 21 people were prevented from leaving Indonesia, an increase of 90.91 percent.
Tolib emphasized that all of these successes were the result of the hard work and dedication of all parties in providing the best service to the community.
