Gelontorkan Dana Stimulus Ekonomi Capai Rp827 Triliun, Paling Banyak Menikmati Masyarakat Kelas Atas
The government said it would disburse an economic stimulus of IDR 827 trillion in 2025 for various social assistance programs (bansos), subsidies, People's Business Credit (KUR), and Value Added Tax incentives (VAT).
"Various government programs (subsidies, Value Added Tax incentives (VAT), social assistance, KUR) in 2025 will actually reach IDR 827 trillion, in this case enjoyed by all levels of society," said Finance Minister Sri Mulyani Indrawati at a press conference some time ago, quoted on Sunday, December 22.
The budget is for various aid programs consisting of four main components, such as VAT incentives of IDR 265.6 trillion for various sectors ranging from micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), foodstuffs, education, health, transportation, water, electricity, automotive, property, financial services, and insurance as well as others.
Next for social assistance of Rp129 trillion, such as the Family Hope Program (PKH), the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP), basic necessities, and recipients of National Health Insurance Contribution Assistance (PBI JKN).
Then, for the KUR program of Rp. 83 trillion, which is used to support the MSME sector. Furthermore, the budget for subsidies and Energy compensation is Rp. 394 trillion for fuel oil (BBM), electricity, and LPG.
Meanwhile, the distribution of utilization is based on Desil 1-10:
Based on the disbursement, this distribution of benefits shows a significant pattern where deciles 1 to 4 (low class) only get little benefit, namely, where decile 1 receives benefits of IDR 53.7 trillion consisting of social assistance of IDR 17.7 trillion, subsidies and energy compensation of IDR 28.7 trillion, VAT incentives of IDR 7 trillion and KUR worth IDR 0.2 trillion.
Then for decile 2, it received benefits of Rp. 63.1 trillion, consisting of social assistance of Rp. 17.2 trillion, subsidies and energy compensation of Rp. 36 trillion, VAT incentives of Rp. 9.6 trillion and KUR of Rp. 0.3 trillion.

Furthermore, for decile 3, it received Rp68.1 trillion in benefits, consisting of social assistance of Rp16.7 trillion, subsidies and energy compensation of Rp39.5 trillion, VAT incentives of Rp11.7 trillion and KUR worth Rp0.3 trillion.
Next, for decile 4, it received a profit of Rp. 73.2 trillion, consisting of social assistance of Rp. 15.4 trillion, subsidies and energy compensation of Rp. 42.7 trillion, VAT incentives of Rp. 14.1 trillion and KUR worth Rp. 0.9 trillion.
Sementara desil 5-8 (aspiring middle-class) menerima manfaat yang berbagai yaitu untuk desil 5 menerima manfaat sebesar Rp77,6 triliun yang terdiri dari bansos sebesar Rp14,3 triliun, subsidi dan kompensasi energi senilai Rp43,8 triliun, insistensi PPN sebesar Rp16,5 triliun dan KUR senilai Rp2,9 triliun.
Meanwhile, decile 6 received Rp80.1 trillion in benefits consisting of social assistance of Rp13.1 trillion, subsidies and energy compensation of Rp43.8 trillion, VAT incentives of Rp19.9 trillion and KUR worth Rp3.2 trillion.
Furthermore, for decile 7, it received a profit of Rp. 83.4 trillion, consisting of social assistance of Rp. 11.8 trillion, subsidies and energy compensation of Rp. 44.4 trillion, VAT incentives of Rp. 24.1 trillion and KUR worth Rp. 3.2 trillion.
Next, for decile 8 received a profit of Rp. 88.9 trillion, consisting of social assistance of Rp. 10.3 trillion, subsidies and energy compensation of Rp. 42.6 trillion, VAT incentives of Rp. 29.8 trillion and KUR of Rp. 6.2 trillion.
Meanwhile, 9 (middle class) deciles received greater benefits of Rp. 96.8 trillion, consisting of social assistance of Rp. 8.2 trillion, subsidies and energy compensation of Rp. 38.5 trillion, VAT incentives of Rp. 41.1 trillion and KUR of Rp. 8.9 trillion.
Furthermore, 10 (high-class) deciles became the largest recipients, namely the total benefits obtained reaching Rp. 142.5 trillion, consisting of social assistance of Rp. 4.2 trillion, subsidies and energy compensation of Rp. 34.2 trillion, VAT incentives of Rp. 91.9 trillion and KUR worth Rp. 12.3 trillion.
