Wild Jukir Hits Car Driver Because He Refuses Rp. 2 Thousand, Asks Him For Rp. 5 Thousand

TANGERANG - The male car driver with the initials SA was allegedly beaten by a illegal parking attendant (jukir) on Jalan Jombang Raya, Parigi, Pondok Aren, South Tangerang (Tangsel), Monday, December 16, at 23.00 WIB. The commotion started with Rp. 2,000.

Head of Public Relations of the Pondok Aren Police, Bripka Denny, explained that the beating began when SA came from the T-junction of Jalan Camat Pondok Aren towards Ciledug, Tangerang City. Then the alleged perpetrator asked the victim for money when passing through the crime scene (TKP).

The parking attendant asked for money, then the victim gave Rp. 2,000. However, the parking attendant did not accept it, he asked for Rp. 5,000," said Denny.

The victim joked with the perpetrator. However, the victim's slashing actually provoked the perpetrator's emotions until the beating occurred.

"Yes, you've been a driver, I'm the one asking for money". The perpetrator was emotional, kept hitting the victim in the mouth once with his bare hands, "he said.

Disappointed with the beating, the victim reported the parking attendant to the Pondok Aren Police.

"It's still being investigated. Members have been involved in the field. Currently, it is still under investigation," said Denny when confirmed by VOI, Friday, December 20.
