South Jakarta District Court Rejects Heru's Pretrial Lawsuit, Suspect Of Bribery Ronald Tannur
JAKARTA - The South Jakarta District Court rejected Heru Hanindyo's pretrial lawsuit, which is a suspect in the alleged bribery of acquittal in the Gregorius Ronald Tannur case.
"Yes, so as previously read out the pretrial decision on behalf of the applicant Heru Hanindyo by the sole judge, the pretrial application has been declared null and void," said South Jakarta District Court Public Relations Officer, Djuyamto to reporters in Jakarta, Antara, Friday, December 20.
Djuyamto said the trial for the pretrial decision Heru Hanindyo was held at the South Jakarta District Court this Friday. The reason for the rejection of the pretrial lawsuit is because the main case has now been transferred to trial so that the application case submitted is declared null and void.
"The brief consideration that was conveyed by the single judge was because the main case had been transferred to the Central Jakarta District Court," he said.
The pretrial lawsuit has been registered with number No.123/Pid.Pra/2024/PN.JKT.SEL.
