Already Exceeding Target, Here's The Continuation Of The One Price Fuel Program Next Year
AMBON - The One Price Fuel Program is known to have reached all targets for the construction of 583 points of One Price Fuel distributors from 2017 to 2024.
Head of the Downstream Oil and Gas Regulatory Agency (BPH Migas) Erika Retnowati reported the construction of the 2024 One Price Fuel distributor in accordance with the government's 2024 work plan, which is 71 distributors.
"The Oil and Gas BPH has consistently been overseeing the implementation of the construction of the One Price Fuel distributor so that this target can be achieved," said Erika, quoted on Thursday, December 19.
Erika added, the Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Number 36 of 2016 mandates the Oil and Gas BPH to oversee the implementation of the One Price Fuel program since 2017, through the assignment of the Assignment Recipient Business Entity to carry out the construction of One Price Fuel distributors at certain locations that have been determined.
Regarding the continuation of this program in 2025, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Bahlil lahadalia said there has been no decision regarding the continuation of this program and will only be announced in 2025.
"Yes, next year we will announce it. We are still targeting the price in that city. The point is only what BPH conveys," said Bahlil.

Meanwhile, Pertamina's President Director Patra Niaga Riva Siahaan said that his party was still coordinating with the government regarding the continuation of this one-price fuel program.
He hopes that Pertamina Patra Niaga will still receive an assignment to distribute One Price Fuel to all corners of Indonesia.
"We are still coordinating what the continuation will be in the years to come. We hope that we will still be given the opportunity to contribute," said Riva.
Riva said this program was still being discussed by the government so that he could not provide certainty regarding the continuation. If it continues, Riva said the coverage area of One Price Fuel will be further expanded with a focus on Kalimantan and Eastern Indonesia.
"If you look at the distribution that is focused, Kalimantan and the eastern region or the southern part of Sumatra. If Java has already covered it. If you look at the history, the distribution may be in those areas," said Riva.
