AirNav Indonesia Encourages MSMEs To Build Digital Transformation And Innovate In Malang
JAKARTA - AirNav Indonesia successfully held the Development MSME Capacity Improvement Program in Malang on December 11-12 2024. The program, entitled "Together with AirNav, Air MSMEs" aims to empower fostered MSMEs from the Gresik and Malang regions through intensive training in the field of business innovation and digitization.
Through this program, the participants managed to obtain new skills, ranging from business management, digital marketing, to product photography. With a comprehensive approach, this activity is designed to help MSME players face challenges in the digital era while increasing their competitiveness in local and national markets.
As part of AirNav Indonesia's commitment to social responsibility and the achievement of SDGs number 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, this program is designed to have a positive impact on fostered MSMEs.
In his remarks, Irva Damayanti, Junior Manager of TJSL AirNav Indonesia, emphasized the importance of this program as part of AirNav's commitment to supporting local economic growth.
"This program is not only a matter of learning new skills, but also a matter of building enthusiasm to continue to advance and innovate. We want to see our fostered MSMEs move up in class, be able to take advantage of digital technology, and open wider market access, both at the local and national levels," he said, in a written statement, quoted Thursday, December 19.
In addition, Irra emphasized AirNav Indonesia's commitment to expand program reach to various other regions, including remote areas that have great potential but limited access to technology and markets.
For two days, this program provides comprehensive training that results in the following achievements:
1. Basic Digital Marketing
Participants learn practical steps to register their products on e-commerce platforms and understand effective digital marketing basic strategies to increase business reach.
2. Social Media Management
Participants are trained to manage social media professionally, including creative and attractive content creation techniques that are able to increase interaction with audiences while strengthening their business branding.
3. Photography and Product Catalog
The training includes basic product photography techniques using cell phones or other simple tools, which are combined with the practice of compiling an attractive catalog of digital products to increase product visual appeal on online platforms.
The fostered MSMEs now have an active business social media account, equipped with a simple but attractive product catalog, to expand marketing reach through e-commerce. Participants are able to produce quality product photos using simple tools, which increase the visual appeal of their products on digital platforms.
A participant from Batu revealed the benefits of this training.
"The material about digital marketing really helps me. Now, I am more confident in expanding my business reach through social media and e-commerce," he said.
This program is AirNav Indonesia's first step to support MSMEs in overcoming global challenges as well as opening up new opportunities. With the skills they get, fostered MSMEs are expected to be able to increase productivity, expand markets, and create new economic opportunities in their respective regions.
"Through digitalization, we believe that MSMEs have great potential to compete not only in local markets, but also at national and international levels," concluded Irva Damayanti.
With the success of this program, AirNav Indonesia is committed to continuing to present similar initiatives in the future, creating real and sustainable social impacts for the community.
