Houses In Densely Populated Areas In Bambu Apus Burnt, Panic Residents Run In Scatter

JAKARTA - A fire occurred in a densely populated residential area located on Jalan Mpok Nori, Bambu Apus Village, Cipayung District, East Jakarta on Wednesday, December 18, afternoon.

The flames were seen blazing and growing and spreading to several other houses. This fire incident made local residents panic.

"It's true, the house that caught fire. The fire is still burning, it is estimated that there will be a bridge," said the firefighter at the location, Wednesday, December 18.

The process of extinguishing the fire was carried out by 6 fire engines with 24 personnel. However, the flames have not been tamed, officers are still trying to extinguish the fire.

As a result of the fire, residents of Jalan Mpok Nori panicked and ran to save themselves. Even residents are still seen saving their valuables. "The fire is still reddening," he said.
