Zeekr Opens Ordering 7X SUVs In Europe

JAKARTA - The Zeekr, a luxury car manufacturer from China, officially opened an order for the 7X SUV model for the European market, or became the third model after Zeeker 001 and X.

Quoting from the CNevpost page, Wednesday, December 18, Zeekr revealed that pre-sales in Europe have opened to the Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian markets and the first shipments are expected in the summer of 2025.

The model (Zeekr 7X) was designed in Gothenburg, Sweden, and is a manifestation of Zeekr's global vision. Built on Geely's Sustainable Experience Architecture (SEA) platform, the SUV has the same foundation as its siblings, 001 and X, as well as other models from Geely's extensive portfolio brand.

For the European market, Zeekr 7X comes in three variants consisting of Premium, Long Range, and Performance. Premium and Long Range models use rear wheels driving, powered by a single electric motor that produces 421 horsepower and 441 Nm torque.

Meanwhile, the Premium Model is equipped with a 75 kWh LFP battery, and has an estimated distance of 483 km. The Long Range model gets a larger 100 kWh NMC battery, which expands its distance to 612 km.

With a double electric motor driving all four wheels, this car produces a combined power of 639 horsepower and 710 Nm torque. Acceleration of 0-100 km/hour only takes 3.8 seconds.

This car is already supported by a high voltage 800V architecture, which supports peak charging up to 480 kW, but even with a 360 kW charger, 7X Premium can charge from 10 to 80 percent in just 13 minutes. The Long Range and Performance models take 16 minutes because the battery is bigger.

Zeekr itself is now also present in Indonesia by offering two models, consisting of Zeekr X and the luxury MPV 009. The model was only introduced and will soon launch.
