Uploading a screenshot of the Live Ball tweet, on his Twitter account early Wednesday morning, Valentino said he intends to hand over the evidence to his lawyer, if there is no response within 1x24 hours.
The popular football commentator with the term "jebreeet" said he had pocketed 10 to 20 other accounts on Instagram and Twitter that were under the watchful eye of his team of lawyers. This, according to Valentino to educate the internet about hate speech, so that it remains in the corridor.
Valentino demanded an apology from the Live Football Broadcast account which was immediately responded by @SiaranBolaLive with an apology for the previously uploaded hate speech tweet.
Valentino appreciates @SiaranBolaLive apology. However, she felt the uproar the account caused unrest among her Instagram and Twitter followers, as well as her family.
"I am waiting for your account apology in the form of a full video with your name and address in order to be clear who owns this account so that it will be valid and proven that this account is not fake within 1x24 hours or otherwise me and my legal team will process you for fair justice," Valentino reported antara.
Kisruh on social media also makes the ITE Law a trending topic on Twitter. Some netizens were disappointed with the way Valentino handled the issue.
"Duh, why @radotvalent pake bring around the ITE Law, anyway? I know the point is for "criticism to be done responsibly,"" but have you ever thought that they were so frustrated?" @yoha_cholanda.
Some people find Valentino's attitude excessive. "emang netijen need to be taught different CRITICISM with BLASPHEMY, let alone personal attacks - but gausah LAW ITE jg lah," cuit @fajarsumantri.
