14th Successful King HB X Cup Held, Total Prize Competition Of IDR 428 Million

Yogyakarta - Daily Chairperson of the Pordasi Pacu Central Management (PP), Eddy Wijaya, was present with General Chair Teddy Soediro and a number of administrators at the 2024th Raja Hamengku Buwono X Cup Horse Racing Championship at the Sultan Agung Horse Racing Center, Bantul, Sunday, December 15, 2024.

The championship was held by the Yogyakarta Special Region Pordasi Pengprov (DIY), the DIY Regional Government through the DIY Tourism Office, and supported by the DIY Special Fund.

Also present was KPH Yudianegara representing Sri Sultan Hamengku Buwono X, Bantul Regent Abdul Halim Muslih and other invitations.

The Daily Chairperson of PP Pordasi Pacu appreciated the implementation of the 14th Raja Hamengku Buwono X Cup Horse Racing Championship.

Moreover, the public are so enthusiastic about watching all the matches being held as many as 17 races.

"We hope that the Raja Hamengku Buwono X Cup Horse Pacu Championship, which has been included in this annual agenda, can continue to be improved."

"So, the wider community from various regions can attend as part of sports tourism, as well as be able to support MSME activities for the local community," said PP Pordasi Pacu Daily Chair Eddy Wijaya in his remarks.

A total of 75 horses competing came from 12 regions, such as DIY, South Kalimantan, East Java, Central Java, West Java, DKI Jakarta, North Sumatra, West Sumatra, East Nusa Tenggara, West Nusa Tenggara, North Sulawesi, and West Sulawesi. In this match, a total prize of IDR 428 million was contested.

At the 2024 14th Raja Hamengku Buwono X Cup Horse Racing Championship, Aryo PS Djojohadikusumo also contributed Rp300 million.

According to the Chairman of the Organizing Committee H. Harsoyo, the number of participants in the Raja Hamengku Cup Horse Racing, Buwono X, 14th, 2024, has decreased from the previous year.

This is because the implementation coincides with the championship in Salatiga, Central Java.

The Daily Chairperson of PP Pordasi Pacu Eddy Wijaya is also grateful that currently together with the General Chairperson of PP Pordasi Aryo PS Djojohadikusumo, his heart has been committed to reconciliation so that in the future it is hoped that solid togetherness can advance equestrian sports throughout Indonesia.

"As the mandate from the Minister of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Indonesia to carry out reconciliation, we and Mas Aryo Djojohadikusumo are committed to it and in the near future will prepare a legal team to discuss technical issues so that the reconciliation process can run well."
