DPRD And City Government Pass The 2025 Regional Revenue And Expenditure Budget For Bogor City
BOGOR - Bogor City DPRD together with the Bogor City Government have ratified the Draft Regional Regulation (Raperda) on the 2025 Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) of Bogor City in a plenary meeting held on Friday, November 29.
The chairman of the Bogor City DPRD, Adityawarman Adil hopes that the APBD that has been established will be able to accelerate development in Bogor City and achieve the target of the Bogor City 2025-2045 Regional Long-Term Development Plan (RPJPD).
"Alhamdulillah, we can complete the 2025 APBD. Hopefully, all the budgets that have been discussed and determined can be the driving force for the development of Bogor City in 2025," said Adit.
Based on an agreement between the Bogor City DPRD Budget Agency (Banggar) and the Bogor City Regional Government Budget Team (TAPD), Regional Revenue was agreed at IDR 2.933 trillion and Regional Expenditures agreed at IDR 2.945 trillion.
Then, Regional Financing Revenue was agreed at IDR 35.497 billion and Regional Financing Expenditures of IDR 26.294 billion.
As for Netto Financing amounting to Rp9,202 billion and the remaining more budget financing for the year related to (SiLPA) of Rp0.00.
"The Bogor City DPRD Budget expresses its deepest gratitude and appreciation to the Acting Mayor of Bogor, the Regional Secretary and the Bogor City TAPD, as well as the Assistants and Head of the Working Unit within the Bogor City Government who have collaborated with full openness in the discussion, as well as to the Commissions who have provided input and suggestions, as well as to the Bogor City DPRD Secretariat who have helped facilitate discussion activities," concluded Adit.
Deputy Chairperson I of the Bogor City DPRD, M. Rusli Prihatvy, said that the 2025 APBD of Bogor City will be prepared to ensure that the community's needs can be guaranteed during the transitional leadership period in 2025.
So that the Bogor City DPRD Banggar has set several important budgets, including the Unexpected Cost (BTT) of Rp37.6 billion, the assistance for redeeming diplomas for underprivileged students amounting to Rp7.5 billion, the additional budget for the RTLH program amounting to Rp3 billion and the additional BPBD budget for disaster management costs of Rp113 million.
"Of course we evaluate that there needs to be a budget adjustment in the transition period next year. So that the APBD is directed to basic community services. Hopefully this budget can provide benefits for residents of Bogor City," concluded Rusli.
Separately, the Acting Mayor of Bogor, Hery Antasari, said that the determination of the 2025 APBD for Bogor City had been adjusted and guided by existing laws and regulations.
Hery detailed several important regional expenditures allocated in 2025, including Reserve Funds for the Implementation of Porprov 2026 amounting to Rp1 billion, continued construction of two new school units amounting to Rp36 billion, spending on aids for persons with disabilities of Rp1.6 billion, land capital expenditure for R3 roads of Rp3.4 billion, which is a continuation of the R3 road construction continuation of Rp8.3 billion and other programs.
"The draft of the 2025 FY APBD is the Bogor City APBD Draft which I last conveyed as the Acting Mayor of Bogor. Hopefully the 2025 FY APBD can provide benefits for the people of Bogor City," he concluded.
