RK-Suswono Legawa Received The Results Of The KPU Recapitulation That Won Pramono-Rano

JAKARTA - The candidate for governor and deputy governor of Jakarta, Ridwan Kamil-Suswono, decided to accept the results of the recapitulation of the Jakarta Regional General Election Commission (KPUD) regarding the 2024 Regional Head Election (Pilkada) contestation.

In the results of the recapitulation of votes conducted by the Jakarta KPU, the Pramono Anung-Rano Karno pair won.

"The RIDO pair decided to accept the results of the Jakarta Pilkada which have been determined by the KPU," Ridwan Kamil told reporters, Friday, December 13.

The decision was chosen due to several considerations, for example based on the results of deliberations from leaders to leaders of political parties.

In addition, the man who is often called Kang Emil also conveyed his decision not to file a lawsuit to the Constitutional Court (MK) aimed at learning related to democratic politics.

"For the sake of learning peaceful, conducive democracy and also our sympathy for Jakarta residents who may have been tired, yes, with a long series of elections," he said.

However, Ridwan Kamil said that his party actually had a lot of evidence related to alleged violations. In fact, the lawsuit file is ready.

However, back to these considerations, the intention to register the lawsuit was finally dropped.

"The lawsuit to the Constitutional Court is ready because we found a lot of facts, yes, there are a lot of substance and findings that need to be clarified," said Ridwan Kamil.
