Government Securities Auction Absorbs Rp24.22 Trillion
JAKARTA - The government took IDR24.22 trillion from the auction of seven series of Government Bonds (SUN) in the primary market with incoming bids reaching IDR42.97 trillion.
As reported by Antara, Wednesday, April 14, a press statement from the Directorate General of Financing and Risk Management of the Ministry of Finance stated that the realization of this auction was below the indicative target set earlier of IDR30 trillion.
For the SPN03210714 series, the nominal amount won is equal to the incoming offer of IDR1.34 trillion, with a weighted average yield of 3.09234 percent.
The lowest yield came in for the three-month tenor series at 3.05 percent and the highest yield came in at 3.15 percent.
For the SPN12220331 series, the nominal amount won was equal to the incoming offer of IDR1.2 trillion, with a weighted average yield of 3.32865 percent.
The lowest yield on the series with a year's tenor was 3.05 percent and the highest yield came in at 3.39 percent.
For the FR0086 series, the nominal amount won reached IDR4.2 trillion with a weighted average yield of 5.74944 percent.
The offer for five-year government bonds reached IDR7.67 trillion with the lowest yield coming in at 5.66 percent and the highest yield coming in at 6.15 percent.
For the FR0087 series, the nominal amount won reached IDR8.1 trillion with a weighted average yield of 6.53998 percent.
The offer for 10-year government bonds reached IDR13.87 trillion with the lowest yield coming in at 6.48 percent and the highest yield coming in at 6.9 percent.
For the FR0088 series, the nominal amount won reached IDR1.9 trillion with a weighted average yield of 6.50776 percent.
The offer for 15-year government bonds reached IDR5.24 trillion with the lowest yield coming in at 6.4 percent and the highest yield coming in at 6.75 percent.
For the FR0083 series, the nominal amount won reached IDR6.45 trillion with a weighted average yield of 7.29968 percent.
The offer for 19-year government bonds reached IDR9.17 trillion with the lowest yield coming in at 7.24 percent and the highest yield coming in at 7.55 percent.
For the FR0089 series, the nominal amount won reached IDR1.03 trillion with a weighted average yield of 7.08745 percent.
The offer for 30-year government bonds reached IDR4.45 trillion with the lowest yield coming in at 6.95 percent and the highest yield coming in at 7.24 percent.
With this auction, the total amount of state financing derived from SUN auctions during January-April 2021 reached IDR233.92 trillion.
According to the plan, the government will hold additional SUN auctions (Greenshoe Option), on Wednesday, April 14 for five SUN series, namely FR0086, FR0087, FR0088, FR0083, and FR0089, with a maximum target of IDR5.77 trillion, along with low incoming bids on Tuesday.
