The Attorney General's Office Finds Securities In The Ronald Tannur Case, Alludes To The Dissenting Opinion Of The Supreme Court Judge
The Attorney General's Office (AGO) admitted that it received valuable information regarding the alleged bribery case of Gregorius Ronald Tannur against three judges at the Surabaya District Court (PN).
Head of the Legal Information Center (Kapuspenkum) of the AGO, Harli Siregar, said that the information was related to the dissenting opinion of the Supreme Court judge (MA), Soesilo. Soesilo's attitude has been stated in a copy of the cassation decision submitted by Ronald Tannur.
"I think this information is valuable information," said Harli
Harli said that Soesilo's attitude was the right of every Supreme Court judge when deciding the case cassation.
However, he questioned Soesilo's dissenting opinion because his attitude was the same as the three judges of the Surabaya District Court who gave Ronald Tannur acquittal.
"Even though based on the results of the Bawas, there was no problem in the meeting, in the decision it turned out that Ybs agreed with the judge at the Surabaya District Court to release Ronald Tannur," he said.

Harli added that his party did not rule out the opportunity to examine Soesilo in the aftermath of his attitude. He said that the certainty of Soesilo's summons was still waiting for investigators.
"Does this investigator consider this very urgent information to be investigated, I think we are waiting," said Harli regarding Ronald Tannur's bribery case.
