In Law No. 11 of 2010 on Cultural Heritage, cultural heritage is a material heritage that needs to be preserved because it has important value for history, science, education, religion, and/or culture through the determination process.
If you want to establish it as a cultural heritage, according to Babe Ridwan, the government needs to buy the house. Then, the Heritage Expert Team (TACB) conducted a study to recommend the establishment of the house as a budatya heritage building.
"Tacb Dki Provincial Government should, because this is in the DKI region, immediately conduct a study to recommend that the house be used as a cultural heritage," said Babe Ridwan.

"For sale the old house in a strategic location, commercial zone, can be for an 8-storey building," wrote the kristohouse account.
The sale of this house is worth Rp200 billion. The house was once the first office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the early era of independence. After the Ministry of Foreign Affairs office was built, the house became the private residence of the Soebardjo family.
Then, Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta Ahmad Riza Patria said he would check the house of former Foreign Minister Achmad Soebardjo Djojoadisoerjo whether it belongs to the cultural heritage or not.
The old model house located at Jalan Cikini Raya No. 82, Menteng, Central Jakarta is currently being sold by the heirs. If it belongs to a cultural heritage, it is possible for the government to buy.
"Later in the internal we will check, whether it enters the cultural heritage or not, heritage or not. If so, we'll find a solution later. Whether it should be the central government that buys, whether the dki provincial government buys, and for what," riza said at the City Hall of DKI, Central Jakarta.
But, Riza also hopes that there are private parties who buy the house without completely overhauling the existing conditions. According to Riza, the house is better functioned as a tourist attraction.
"Hopefully there are friends from the private sector who want to buy, make it as a museum, as a place of culture, a place of tourism, and so on. It needs good cooperation," he said.
