The head of Bandar Khalipa Village Hamlet, Faisal, who first came to the location after receiving reports from residents, immediately evacuated the victims to the hospital.

"When I arrived, the children were lying on the side of the road in a pathetic condition. I panicked, but immediately took them to the hospital to save their lives," said Faisal.

The perpetrator of the stabbing was identified as Rinaldi Sialoho, a resident of Jalan Dahlia 7, Bandar Khalipa Village. After carrying out the action, the perpetrator immediately fled. However, it didn't take long for Medan Tembung Police officers to arrest the perpetrators after receiving reports from residents.

"Setelah menerima informasi, kami segera melakukan pengejaran, dan pelaku berhasil kami tangkap dalam waktu singkat," kata Kapolsek Medan Tembung, Kompol Jhonson Sitompul.

Hingga kini, motif pelaku melakukan penikaman terhadap tiga balita tersebut masih diselidiki oleh pihak kepolisian. Sementara itu, kondisi para korban yang masih kritis terus dipantau oleh tim medis Rumah Sakit Murni Teguh Medan.
