Deputy Attorney General, Arminsyah Died Due To An Accident At KM 13 Jagorawi Toll Road

JAKARTA - Deputy Attorney General Arminsyah is reported to have died as a result of an accident on the Jagorawi Kilometer 13 Toll Road, Cibubur. Apart from Arminsyah who was the driver, there were other victims who were seriously injured and are currently receiving treatment.

"One driver who died at the TKP was taken to Kramat Jati Hospital, one passenger was rushed to Bina Husada Hospital," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus to reporters in a written statement, Saturday, April 4.

Yusri then explained that the accident driven by the Deputy Attorney General drove on lane four on the toll road and hit the center divider before catching fire.

This accident was then handled by the East Jakarta Police's Laka Thenas unit and the vehicle has now been evacuated.

Meanwhile, Kapuspenkum of the Attorney General's Office, Hari Setiyono, confirmed the news that Arminsyah had an accident and died and will be buried at Tanjung Mas Raya Housing, South Jakarta.

"Has passed away peacefully, the Deputy Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia, Dr. Arminsyah, SH. Msi at the Kramat Jati Police Hospital, Pasar Rebo, Jakarta," Hari said in his written statement.

Furthermore, Arminsyah's body will be buried on Sunday, April 5 at 08.00 WIB at the Pendongkelan Cengkareng Cemetery, West Jakarta.
