Robbers Stole IDR30 million in Black Plastic Shop Building Samarinda, Ambushed By Land Bear Team
SAMARINDA - Two robbery suspects took IDR30,250,000 in black plastic bags at a building shop in Samarinda, East Kalimantan.
Both actors with the initials RK (29) and AR (38) initially observed the building shop in Samarinda City. When there's a chance, the robbers go through the vents.
The two went to the cash register and took IDR30,250,000 in black plastic. This incident was also known to the owner of the building shop who immediately reported to Samarinda city police.
"When we get a report from the victim, our members go directly to the crime scene, to look for evidence and testimony of witnesses", said AKP Samarinda City Police Chief Creato Sonitehe Gulo in Samarinda Police quoted from a written statement, Tuesday, April 13.
The robbery of a building shop in Samarinda was arrested based on identification through CCTV footage. The two robbers were ambushed in the area of Abul Hasan.
"The Land Bear Team of The Criminal Investigation Unit Samarinda Police managed to secure both of them, who were hanging out in the Abul Hasan area, not far from the crime scene and their usual place be a jukir (Parking officers)", added the Police Chief.
From the initial examination, the suspect admitted to dividing two of the looted money. Money is used to pay debts, gambling online until purchased motorcycles.
"So, the money they divide two each IDR15,125,000. The one who bought the motorcycle was the perpetrator with the initials RK", explained Police Chief.
From the results of the investigation, it is known that both are recidivists of the same case. For his actions the offender is ensnared by article 363 of the Criminal Code on theft by force, with a maximum threat of 7 years in prison.
