JAKARTA - Welcoming the Christmas and New Year (Nataru) holiday period, BookCabin, which is an Online Travel Agent (OTA) under the auspices of the Lion Air Group, is committed to simplifying passenger travel planning to make it smooth.
Head of Communications Book Cabin Dealy Rasjid said the commitment was realized by presenting BookCabin Ambassadors at various Indonesian airports to complete Book Cabin services in helping passengers run smoothly to ensure a smoother travel experience.

BookCabin is committed to being able to facilitate everyone's travel planning to be smooth through its various features starting from the aircraft booking feature, hotel bookings, booking plane and hotel packages, to online check-in services, all of which are in one application platform so that it is practical and comfortable to use.
The BookCabin Ambassador service is then presented to ensure that customers who have purchased tickets through the BookCabin application will receive direct assistance at the airport if they experience problems, either in the check-in process, departure or others related to the application. This service is presented with the aim of providing more convenience for customers who want practical and express-free travel.
In addition, BookCabin also introduced a customer loyalty program from the Lion Air Group called CabinClub, which registrations are made through the BookCabin application.
