Central Java Police Holds Pre-reconstruction Of Police Shooting Students In Semarang

Central Java Police held a pre-reconstruction of the shooting incident by members of the Semarang Polrestabes, Aipda R, which killed students of SMKN 4 Semarang, GRO.

The Head of Public Relations of the Central Java Police, Kombes Artanto, confirmed that the pre-reconstruction was held on Wednesday (4/12) at midnight.

The pre-reconstruction was held on Jalan Candi Penataran Raya, in front of a modern shop with surveillance cameras having recorded the shooting incident.

However, continued Artanto, the pre-reconstruction was not followed by Aipda R.

"Only by investigators, there are no suspected perpetrators," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, December 5.

Pre-reconstruction, according to him, aims to provide an understanding of investigators in handling the case.

As for the reasons for the reconstruction that was held in the middle of the night, he said it was more due to the density of the area around the location of the incident which required concentration for investigators in conducting investigations.

It was reported that a class XI student at SMKN 4 Semarang City, with the initials GRO, was reported to have died allegedly from gunshot wounds to his body.

The resident of Kembangarum, Semarang City, was buried by his family in Sragen on Sunday (24/11) afternoon.

As for Aipda R, the police suspected of carrying out the shooting have now been detained and undergoing legal proceedings.

Meanwhile, the GRO family itself has officially reported the alleged murder to the Central Java Regional Police.
