New App For IDR 15,800 Can Detect Pegasus Spyware On IPhone

JAKARTA A new application released by mobile security companies allows users to scan their iPhones to detect Pegasus spyware for only one dollar (Rp. around Rp. 15,800). This app provides an easy and affordable way to protect your device from spyware threats that can access almost all data on your phone.

Pegasus spyware, developed by the NSO Group, is designed to exploit vulnerability unknowns by Apple (zero-day vulnerables). This attack often uses the zero-click method, where just by receiving certain iMessage messages, the device can be compromised immediately without requiring user interaction.

NSO Group claims to only sell Pegasus to governments, but countries with poor records on human rights often use it to target political activists, journalists, and opposition figures.
