JAKARTA - The Attorney General's Office (AGO) continues to investigate the bribery and gratification case of Ronald Tannur's acquittal. Recently, investigators examined two witnesses, one of whom was Ronald Tannur's younger brother.

"Checking the FRT as the younger brother of Ronald Tannur," said Head of the AGO, Harli Siregar to VOI, Wednesday, December 4.

However, it did not explain in detail what was being investigated by the son of the suspect Meirizka Widjaja.

Only one other witness was also examined, namely PW. The witness is the Director of PT Golden Trimulia Valasindo.

"The witness examination was carried out to strengthen the evidence and complete the filing in the case," said Harli.

In this case, the AGO has named six suspects. Three of them are judges at the Surabaya District Court, namely Erintuah Damanik, Heru Hanindyo, and Mangapul.

Then, the other two suspects are Lisa Rachmat, legal adviser Ronald Tannur, and former Supreme Court (MA) official Zarof Ricar.

Another suspect is Meirizka Widjaja, the mother of Ronald Tannur, who is suspected of playing a role as a bribe financier. Meirizka handed over Rp1.5 billion to Lisa Rachmat in exchange to influence the judge in order to give his son acquittal.
