Hyundai Records Decreased Sales In November 2024, Stay Optimistic With Electrification Strategy
Hyundai Motor Company (HMC) announced its sales report for November 2024 globally with a total book of 355,729 units, down 3.7 percent compared to the previous year's acquisition, in the same period.
Launching from the company's official website, Wednesday, December 4, 292,559 units have been sold to the outside Korean market last month, down 1.6 percent compared to the previous year in the same period.

At home, sales were supported by the SUV segment by obtaining 22,978 units for the Hyundai brand and the Genesis brand contributed solid sales of up to 10,951 units.

Although overall sales have experienced a downward trend, one of the world's leading automotive brands has sold 16,500 electric vehicles (EVs) worldwide in November.
Meanwhile, from January to November 2024, Hyundai managed to collect sales of up to 3,809,424 units worldwide, down 1.7 percent from the previous year's acquisition in a similar period.
For the Korean market, in eleven months Hyundai received sales of 643,687 units, down 8 percent compared to the previous year. Meanwhile, the outside market obtained 3,165,737 units, down 0.3 percent slightly.
To overcome this decline and increase momentum, Hyundai plans to strengthen production and sales, as well as respond to market changes more flexibly. The company is also focused on expanding the lineup of hybrid and EV products, including strengthening superior models such as Inster and the Ioniq series, to achieve greater profits in the future.
Some time ago, Hyundai inaugurated the global launch of Ioniq 9 which is expected to boost sales.
