League 1 2024/2025 Results: Becoming Host, Arema FC And Dewa United Compact Win
JAKARTA - Arema FC and Dewa United achieved satisfactory results at the end of the 12th week of Liga 1 2024/2025. With the status of the hosts, both of them were united in winning over their respective opponents.
Arema FC, who hosted Persita Tangerang at Soepriadi Stadium, Blitar, on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, afternoon WIB, managed to win 3-0 over his guest.
Although they managed to get three points at the end of the match, Singo Edan's efforts to beat the opponent did not go easy. The reason is, they were only able to open the tap at the end of the first half.
For 45 minutes of normal time, Arema FC has not been able to knock down the Cisadane Warriors' defense. It was only in the fourth minute that the deadlock injury time broke out.
Arema FC's opening goal was created by Dedik Setiawan who put his team 1-0 up in the first half. Then two goals belonging to Singo Edan flowed throughout the second half.

The three points made Arema ranked sixth in the 2024/2025 Liga 1 standings with 21 points. Meanwhile, Persita was stuck on the eighth ladder with 18 points.
In another match which was also held at the same time, Dewa United followed Arema FC's success in winning at home. Facing PSS Sleman, Dewa's son won 2-1 at Pakansari Stadium, Bogor Regency.
The opening goal in this match was created by Ricky Kambuaya when the match was running for 20 minutes. Then, PSS Sleman did not want to miss the number.
Only five minutes later, the Javanese Super Eagle troops drew the game to 1-1. This equalizer goal was created by Gustavo Tocantins.
After a draw until the end of the first half, both teams continued to look for opportunities to add points ahead of halftime.
The opportunity then belonged to Dewa United as the host. In the 45th minute they made the score change to 2-1 after Egy Maulana Vikri's kick could not be blocked by PSS Sleman goalkeepers.
The score then continued until the second half was completed which ensured Dewa United's victory at home.
Now, Dewa United is in 10th place in the standings with a collection of 21 points. Meanwhile, PSS Sleman was almost caught in the relegation zone, ranked 15th, with eight points.
