Addicted to porn, father rapes his daughter until she becomes pregnant

LAMPUNG SELATAN - A father with the initials RA (36) has the heart to rape his biological child who is still a junior high school student (SMP). The forced man from Merbau Mataram District, South Lampung Regency, repeatedly made his daughter six months pregnant.

The perpetrator raped his biological daughter with the initials T (16) allegedly for not being strong enough to hold back his lust due to the frequent viewing of pornographic films and drinking alcohol.

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the South Lampung Police, AKP Dhedi Putra, said the perpetrators who worked odd jobs had been detained at the South Lampung Police Headquarters to facilitate investigations.

"In this immoral case against biological children, we confiscated evidence in the form of a pair of black mickey mouse long cloth pants, a white flower patterned shirt, a black bra, and a glassy underwear," said Dhedi, Monday, December 2.

The case of child rape by biological father was revealed after the local village head (kades) reported the perpetrator to the Merbau Mataram Police, Monday last week.

According to the village head's report, officers from the Women and Children Protection Unit (PPA) of the South Lampung Police arrested the perpetrator at his home on Wednesday, November 27.

The victim is known to be the first of three children. The victim is known to be somewhat closed and rarely interacts with neighbors or peers at school.

The case began with the suspicion of teachers and school friends who saw the victim's stomach getting bigger. The school then took the initiative to check the condition of the victim by pretending to make a drug test.

When checked with a pregnancy detection device, it turned out that the victim was positively pregnant. Then the school reported this to the village head where the victim lived.

Receiving the report, the village head did not believe it and did a retest, it turned out that the victim was really pregnant and had entered six months.

The perpetrator who worked odd jobs to the police admitted that he had forced his biological daughter three times since early May 2024.

According to the perpetrator, he did it for the first time during the semester off of the school children. The heinous act was carried out by the perpetrator at night, while his wife was sleeping. After committing the depraved act, the perpetrator threatened the victim not to tell her mother.

The perpetrator admitted that he had the heart to force his own biological daughter because he often watched pornographic videos and drank alcohol.

After the incident, the victim and her biological mother are currently traumatized. The victim and her biological mother had to flee to their relatives' homes to avoid gossip from residents.

The police charged the perpetrators with Article 81 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 17 of 2016 concerning the stipulation of a Government Regulation in lieu of Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, with a threat of 15 years in prison.
