Allegations Of Cheating At Pols 028 Pinang Ranti East Jakarta In The Legal Process At The East Jakarta Police And Gakkumdu

East Jakarta Metro Police and Integrated Law Enforcement (Gakkumdu) are still waiting for recommendations from the East Jakarta Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) regarding indications of alleged fraud that occurred at Polling Station 028 Pinang Ranti, Makasar District, East Jakarta.

"We are waiting for a recommendation from Bawaslu. After coming from Bawaslu, only Gakkumdu can move," said East Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Nicolas Ary Lilipaly, Tuesday, December 3.

Kombes Nicolas admitted that there were problems that occurred at Pols 028 Pinang Ranti. His party is ready to carry out the legal process according to Bawaslu's recommendations.

"Rekomendasi dari Bawaslu apa yang harus dilakukan atau secara pidana, kita harus melaksanakan itu. Pak Kejari siap melakukan penegakan hukum sesuai dengan peraturan hukum yang ada. Kami menunggu rekomendasi dari Bawaslu," katanya.

He first conveyed that there had been allegations of fraud committed by the Chairman of the KPPS with the initials RH and a security officer or direct security (Pamsung) with the initials KN. Both are suspected of cheating by voting on 19 Paslon Pramono-Rano Karno ballots at Pols 028 Pinang Ranti, East Jakarta. Both have the potential to be charged with election.

"There must be criminal potential (election), yes, we have studied it too. But it is the area of Gakkumdu, so we leave it to our Gakkumdu friends for the process," said Head of the East Jakarta General Elections Commission (KPU) Legal and Supervision Division (KPU) Rio Verieza to VOI, Friday, November 29.

The two alleged fraudsters with the initials RH and KN have also been dismissed by the East Jakarta KPU. Currently, both of them have been investigated.
