Single Accident On The Peak Line, 1 Person Died 18 Injured

Bogor Resort Police stated that a traffic accident on the Puncak tourist route, Bogor Regency, West Java, Sunday, December 1, left one person dead, and 18 others injured.

Head of Gakkum Satlantas Bogor Police, Ipda Ferdhyan Mulya, explained that the single accident occurred when a micro bus was traveling from Ciawi Villa Paradise Hills to Megamendung at around 13.15 WIB.

The vehicle carrying the residents of Tambora, West Jakarta, moved sharply and swerved to the right when the traffic was quiet and smooth.

"The driver of the vehicle could not control the speed of the vehicle and then swerved to the left and hit the shoulder of the road and fell onto the cliff of the Curug Panjang road so that a single accident occurred," said Ferdhy.

One of the passengers with the initials MA (39) died at the scene of the incident with lacerations to the head, fractures to the two arms, and bruises to the chest.

The single vehicle accident with police number B 7027 JDA also caused two people to suffer serious injuries and 16 others were slightly injured.

After an accident, they were then rushed to the Ciawi regional general hospital (RSUD) to receive medical treatment.
