Aipda R Shoots SMKN 4 Semarang Students Charged With Murder
Aipda R Police officer with the rank of Aipda is a member of the Semarang Police Narcotics Investigation Unit who is suspected of shooting a student at SMKN 4 Semarang with the initials GRO (17) was charged with murder after being officially detained.
The Head of Public Relations of the Central Java Police, Kombes Pol Artanto, said that from the results of the examination by the Paminal Propam team of the Central Java Police, Aipda R was named a suspect because his actions resulted in the loss of another person's life.
Aipda R is considered to have violated Articles 338 and 351 of the Criminal Code concerning Eliminating the Lives of Others or Murder as reported by the families of the victims through a police report (LP).
"According to the victim's family LP, the article alleged is 338 in conjunction with Article 351 of the Criminal Code concerning Murder", said Head of Public Relations of the Central Java Police, Kombes Pol Artanto, Friday, November 29.
For the actions of Aipda R, the police immediately made arrests for violating the rules for the use of firearms (senpi).
"For the time being, Aipda R is being held in a cell. We see that there is a violation of the procedure for using senpi or excessive action, resulting in the loss of another person's life," he continued.
Meanwhile, regarding the violation of the code of ethics in the misuse of firearms, investigations are still being carried out.
GRO, a student at SMK Negeri 4 Semarang, was the victim of a shooting by suspect Aipda R. According to the police version, Aipda R opened fire when breaking up the brawl.
Meanwhile, SMKN 4 Semarang emphasized that the victim GRO was an elected student and there was never a record of being involved in a brawl.
Deputy Head of Student Affairs of SMKN 4 Semarang Agus Riswantini said, Gamma and two other students who were injured were members of Paskibra. However, he himself could not fully monitor it because the incident was outside the school.
"Incidentally, they were chosen children, because they followed the extra paskibra and that was their choice. The three children were never recorded or involved in a brawl," said Agus.
