Kia Reveals EV6 GT Update In Korea, Its Performance Is More Fierce
JAKARTA - Kia has launched the latest version of EV6 GT for the South Korean market following its standard version update some time ago. This also marks the brand's bold vision of delivering global electric mobility.
Reported by The Korean Car Blog, Thursday, November 28, the GT variant displays the same Star Map of DRL lights as its standard version, offering a futuristic impression but still charming.
For the latest version of this high-performance model, Kia offers it in five exterior color choices, including Snow White Pearl and Yacht Matte Blue. Then, the interior is offered with the Black & Neon theme highlighting its sporting elements.
The interior has a sporty element consisting of a sports bucket seat with a suede layer that has the function of heating, ventilation, and power adjustment to meet the needs of drivers and passengers.
Its cabinet is also equipped with advanced features such as augmented reality navigation, digital key systems, and internal cameras to improve comfort and security.
This well-known brand from the country of ginseng also enhances the side of the driving dynamics that has been perfected by the presence of a suspension that can be arranged electronically with a limited electronic slip differential.
In addition, high-performance braking systems ensure reliable relensation while integrating regenerative braking to increase energy efficiency.
Since EV6 GT is the highest type of EV6 lineup, the car has a double electric motor that produces impressive combined power of up to 609 dk and a powerful 740 Nm torque.

In order to increase driving adrenaline, Kia also brings the Launch Control feature to EV6 GT which can increase energy up to 650 dk and push the car from 0 to 100 km/hour in 3.5 seconds.
This car also has an impressive distance of up to 355 km in one full charge of the latest 84 kWh capacity battery. In addition, the charging system is also upgraded so that it can charge 10 to 80 percent in 18 minutes with a 350 kW fast-charger.
Despite its technological and performance improvements, Kia EV6 is offered at the same price as before in the South Korean market, namely 72.2 million won or equivalent to IDR 820.6 million.
