JAKARTA - KedaiKOPI Survey Institute released the results of a poll of presidential candidates from figures outside the cadre of political parties in the 2024 elections. As a result, the name of former Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Susi Pudjiastuti received the highest electability.
"The electability of nonparpol figures who are considered worthy to be presidential candidates in 2024, Susi Pudjiastuti's mother is the most dominant with 30.9 percent," said KedaiKOPI Survey Institute Executive Director Kunto Adi Wibowo in a virtual survey presentation, Monday, April 12.
Under the name Susi, there are other non-political and nongovernmental figures who are considered worthy of becoming presidential candidates, namely Gatot Nurmantyo with the support of 14.1 percent, Abraham Samad with 14 percent.
Furthermore, there is the name Rizal Ramli with 11.9 percent support, Jusuf Kalla with 10.6 percent, Sudirman Said 8 percent, Abdul Somad 3.6 percent, TGB Muhammad Sainum Majdi 3.3 percent, Abdullah Gymnastiar (Aa Gym) 2.3 percent, and 1.5 percent did not vote.
When asked by the general character, Prabowo Subianto's name ranks as the highest choice of capres. Prabowo received 24.5 percent support. Then, Jokowi 18.5 percent, Ganjar Praboeo 16 percent, Ridwan Kamil 13.3 percent, Anies Baswedan 12.5 percent.
Then, there is the name Sandiaga Uno with 6.6 percent electability, Tri Rismaharini 4.4 percent, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono 1.4 percent, and a number of other figures got support below 1 percent each.
This survey was conducted from March 29 to April 4, 2021 to indonesian respondents who were 17 years of age or older, or were married when the survey was conducted. The survey was conducted by telephone interview to 1,260 respondents.
