The Driver Of The Lalamove Pick Up Sticker Car That Killed Toddlers In South Jakarta Was Arrested
JAKARTA - The police arrested a pick-up driver with the Lalamove sticker who hit a motorcycle rider, resulting in the death of a 6-month-old boy.
"Allhamdulillah (the perpetrator has been arrested)," said South Jakarta Metro Police Traffic Head, Kompol Agung Wuryanto when asked if the perpetrator had been arrested, SelAsa, November 26.
Agung said the perpetrator was arrested in the North Jakarta area. However, when asked further about the location of his arrest, Agung did not specify.
"(Arrested) North Jakarta," he said.
Regarding the perpetrator's indeterminity and the chronology of the arrests, Agung also could not convey it because it was still under further investigation.
"Sorry to be patient because it's still an investigation," he concluded.
Previously, a pick-up with a Lalamove sticker went against the current until it finally hit a motorcyclist on Jalan Raya Lengteng Agung, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta (Jaksel), Sunday, November 24, 2024, at 11.49 WIB.
As a result, a 6-month-old toddler who was then carried by his parents suffered head injuries and eventually died.
