Napoli Holds Fourth Anniversary Of Diego Maradona's Death Ceremony
JAKARTA - SSC Napoli supporters and officials paid their respects to Diego Maradona on the fourth anniversary of the legend's passing.
They flocked to the Argentine great players' murals throughout the city on Monday, November 25, 2024, local time.
Napoli coach Antonio Conte, Giovanni captain Di Lorenzo, and president Aurelio De Badminton placed flowers on two murals.
Meanwhile, supporters gathered under the major Maradona mural at Quartieri Spagnoli which functions as Maradona's unofficial museum.

The fans shouted Maradona's name and lit smoke in the blue color of the shirt Maradona wore both in Napoli and Argentina.
Maradona died at the age of 60 on November 25, 2020 from a heart attack two weeks after being discharged from a hospital in Buenos Aires after undergoing brain surgery.
He led Napoli to his first two Serie A titles in 1987 and 1990.
Napoli Stadium has also changed its name to Diego Armando Maradona Stadium after the death of the legend.
Napoli won their third Serie A title in 2023 and returned to lead Serie A this season.
