JAKARTA - Persis Solo has officially appointed a new coach to guide the team through the 2024/2025 Liga 1 competition. The figure who is believed this time is a coach from Malaysia, Ong Kim Swee.

The news of this collaboration was shared by Persis Solo through uploads on social media. In an upload shared Monday, November 25, 2024, they showed that the former Malaysia national team coach is now the captain of the team.
