JAKARTA - The team of candidates for Governor and Deputy Governor Ridwan Kamil-Suswono found allegations of fraudulent practices ahead of the voting of the Jakarta gubernatorial election.

Based on reports received by the winning team, the fraudulent practice occurred in the West Jakarta area.

"I just received a report on this in the Kemanggisan sub-district, Palmerah," said Head of the Ridwan Kamil-Suswono Winning Team, Ahmad Riza Patria, to reporters, Monday, November 25.

In addition, from the information received, said Riza, the money poltic action took place at the Rukun Warga (RW) level. About a thousand people are said to be distributed envelopes containing money with a nominal value of hundreds of thousands.

"There are 18 RWs planned for 1000 people each to be distributed, some Rp. 150,000 to Rp. 200 thousand per person," he said.

Not only that, the winning team also received reports regarding the distribution of basic necessities. The practice of cheating is carried out so that the public chooses certain pairs of candidates for governor and deputy governor.

"It is found that there are allegations of massive distribution of basic necessities in this quiet period," said Riza.

With the alleged fraud, the public is asked to actively supervise all forms of fraud and report it so that the value of democracy is maintained.

"Report it immediately to us, to Bawaslu, Panwaslu, Panwascam, to the legal apparatus to be reported and followed up. Arrest, hand it over to the legal apparatus, legal trade," said Riza.
