Kremlin Appeals To Trump-Biden About Ukraine, Concrete Steps To End War Still Angga-Angan
JAKARTA - The Kremlin says the circle of President-elect of the United States (US) Donald Trump talks about peace in Ukraine. Meanwhile, the current US government, Joe Biden, did not do the same.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said President Vladimir Putin had repeatedly said Moscow was ready for dialogue on Ukraine.
Trump is deeply concerned about the increase in fighting between Russia and Ukraine, Trump's preferred national security adviser Mike Waltz told Fox News on Sunday.
According to him, Trum said the war should end "with responsibility".
Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said Moscow would wait for a concrete proposal by the elected US President,Donald Trump, who had promised to "work very hard" resolve the conflict in the Middle East and Ukraine. Until now there are no concrete plans for how Trump will end the Russian-Ukraine war.
"We will wait for their proposal... we always emphasize that politicians who claim to support peace rather than war deserve attention. But we don't know what they're going to propose," Lavrov was quoted as saying by Anadolu.
