PN Andoolo Free Verdict Of Honorary Teacher Supriyani
KONAWE - Member of the panel of judges at District Court Andoolo Vivi Fatmawaty Ali when reading the verdict said that in the facts of the trial, the defendant Supriyani was declared not legally and convincingly proven to have committed a criminal act as the public prosecutor charged in the first alternative indictment and the second alternative.
"So the panel of judges agreed with the defendant's defense note, so the panel of judges disagreed with the demands of the public prosecutor, considering that because the defendant was released, the defendant's rights must be restored," Vivi said as quoted by Antara, Monday, November 25.
In line with that, Chairman of the Panel of Judges at the District Court Andoolo▁putar Rosano also revealed that the defendant Supriyani was not legally proven to have committed a criminal act, so his party decided to release the defendant from all charges by the public prosecutor.
"And restoring the defendant's rights in his abilities, position, dignity, and dignity.
