Gupshup Encourages The Implementation Of Conversational AI Solutions In Indonesia Under The Leadership Of Trisnia Anchali

JAKARTA Gupshup, a global Conversational AI Engagement company, recently appointed Trisnia Anchali Kardia as Country Head in Indonesia. Anchali will focus on expanding its business in the country's market.

With his long career history and qualified abilities, Anchali is believed to be able to help Gupshup in expanding the application of solutions. The hope is that there will be more businesses in Indonesia that will be helped by the Gupshup solution.

Anchali said that Gupshup has many interesting features that can make it easier for businesses to take advantage of messaging solutions, one of which is the chatbot node. Technology in the form of automated conversation agents can be created without requiring coding capabilities.

"In the past, the company wanted to make it an unusually expensive chatbot. Now, even with our platform, with the Gupshup platform, brands or organizations can make (chatbots) that easy," Anchali told VOI. "No code, just make your own flow."

The former Chief Commercial Officer Line explained that this Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based agency can be regulated by brands or organizations. They can determine what kind of chatbot they want to make, can answer any questions, how they respond, and many others.

The Gupshup platform also supports click to chat ads features that can direct customers directly to WhatsApp with just one click. To improve user experience, there is also a smart scheduling capability that frees customers to choose when they want to be contacted.

Another feature that distinguishes Gupshup from other messaging solution provider platforms is the failed officer. When the system distributes messages to all customers and detects a failure, the system will send the message to another channel.

The Conversational AI solution that Gupshup offers uses the Big Language Model (LLM). Anchali revealed that this LLM is a derivative of Machine Learning (ML) and includes Natural Language Processing (NLP) which focuses on language.

With this technology, the Gupshup learning algorithm can perform various tasks, including understanding and processing human language. To support businesses available in Indonesia, Anchali said that the LLM Gupshup already supports local languages.

"We have an NGO that can provide for Indonesian. We have a Campaign Copilot name, one of our innovations for cellular messages that turns ordinary messages into advanced experience," said Anchali. "This allows businesses to connect to customers in the language of choice."

During the expansion of the Conversational AI solution, Gupshup has faced various challenges, especially in Indonesia. According to Anchali, although the AI potential in this country is very large, there are still many companies that are hesitant to adopt it.

This can happen because of several factors, one of which is the implementation which is not so easy. Although there are still many who doubt, "Our party (Gupshup) continues to educate why (Conversational AI) is important."

Anchali also strongly believes in his company's capabilities. In terms of capabilities, Gupshup is able to handle large numbers of messaging, beating other AI-based communication solution provider platforms.

"So, from sending messages only, when compared to other platforms, maybe we are the biggest. An example like Tokopedia, we can help sent messages of more than 11,000,600 numbers within 6 hours," said Anchali.
