Adding signatures to documents can be done easily. There are several ways that you can do, ranging from uploading a handwritten version to making your signature directly in the document.

Upload Writing Signatures

If you still have a handwritten version of your signature, you can take a picture of the signature and upload it to the device used to make documents. After that, open the document and tap the Insert tab.

Next, select the This Device option and click on your signature image. If so, you can cut the empty side that is not really needed, then delete the image background by clicking the menu in the Picture tab.

After confirming that the signature image is ready for use, you can move the image to your signature column. After that, save the document.

The next way, which is also quite easy to do, is to use an image-making tool available on various websites. You only need to open search engines like Google Search and enter 'draw signature' keywords.

Next, tap on a website that you think is safe to use and create images in any way. If you open it from a computer, you can use a mouse. You can also use a stylus or your hands if you want to make it neater on your phone.

Then, download the signature that has been made in an image format. If you make it from a cellphone, first move the image to the computer, then enter the image into the document.
